The glass area has been increased to secure a wider field of vision and wide angle mirrors are used. The steering wheel is designed to absorb impact energy during head-on collision and all models are fitted with steering columns that collapse forward to reduce the force of impact. We have also enlarged the door beam to secure the driver's survival space. As you can see, the HINO 300 series is equipped with numerous features that derive from its safety philosophy.
